Explicit Disclaimer: We are NOT a traditional publishing house. We do not act as a literary agent, we do not pay royalties, and we do not acquire the rights to your work. Our relationship is that of a service provider and a client.

You represent that you are the sole owner of all materials submitted to us.

Ownership Guarantee: Upon final payment and project completion, you retain 100% of the rights to your manuscript, the final formatted files, and the cover design. Brickstone Publishers claims no ownership or ongoing interest in your intellectual property or future royalties.

While we strive for the highest professional standards, Brickstone Publishers makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding book sales, Amazon rankings, bookstore placements, or commercial revenue. Success in the publishing market depends on variables beyond our control, including market demand, current trends, and the author's personal promotional efforts.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are calculated based on the stage of the project. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued. Once a project phase (such as editing or design) has been completed and delivered, that portion of the service is non-refundable.

By submitting a "Get a Quote" form, you agree to be contacted via phone, email, or SMS regarding your inquiry.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York City, NY.
